signed ground lease agreement with father (Now deceased No Will)

Grassy Branch/pittman center TN. I signed us cellular ground lease agreement/lease with my father, since then he's deceased without a Will. How do I claim what is rightfully mine to not be split with my heirs? GAL assigned to estate says i'm one part owner of 9 heirs. I have an attorney which so far don't disagree with GAL, nor myself. How can I claim (proper legal wording) for this cell tower lease?

Once this gets into a court system, a simple buy out will have been a faster and cheaper solution for all involved.
If any issues are raised, buy them out.
One of the lawyers involved in our family dispute kept our dispute going with "great new ideas" to go to court with and fight.
The only thing for sure is that the lawyer is billing someone or something and getting paid as long as there is no settlement.

This is a tough situation. by: Kevin (Tower Genius)
This is a bit out of our area of expertise and is really a legal issue but I will give you my opinion. The carrier is going to pay the legal entity that is the legal owner... they can not direct the payments to you. It is a shame that this was not worked out before your fathers passing but I would recommend working out some sort of arrangement with the other family members. Going to court will only reduce the profitability of this site when you start adding up court fee's and the cost of the lawyers. Good luck.
