Sprint cell tower antenna lease rate in Wake County, NC?
by Phil
(Wake Co., NC)
I own a commercial property outside of Raleigh NC that I was approached about by Sprint a few years ago but they never built a cell tower on. It also seems that they didn't build any new tower locations near us because our coverage is still pretty bad. They offered me $1,200 per month in 2006. Can you tell me what the current rates are in NC for Sprint or Nextel or other carriers? They never actually presented me with a lease.

Hi Phil, $1,200 seems kind of low for Raleigh. Please fill out (no pun intended) a contact form on our website and we will submit the location to the folks over at Sprint to see if they still need it.
BTW... Sprint hasn't built very much of anything since merging with Nextel, so that may have been the issue. Don't get mad, but I didn't post the aerial image of the building you submitted since it has nothing to do with the cell tower lease. Please let us know AFTER you've been contacted by a carrier.
