I have a building in Queens, NY where Sprint has a cell site. They sent me a letter asking me to approve a drawing and to sign some fire department forms. Looking at the drawing it looks like they are moving one set of antennas across the roof to a new location and they are adding a new cable tray and a cable tray "walk over".
What should I do? The lease allows them to change equipment and antennas but does not grant them the right to relocate the equipment from the way I understand. When I spoke to their representative he told me that Sprint was re-evaulating their sites and if they did not get the paperwork back signed by me they would consider relocating to another site. I do not want the site to be removed but I think they should pay me since this design would make it tough for another carrier to come to my site. Any advice would be appreciated.
