This is not a simple answer.
Carriers may want you to believe they price the lease rates on a per antenna basis or a square foot basis. They do get landlords to agree to that sort of pricing, but rates will vary widely. Also, there is a difference between what a carrier like Verizon will pay on a rooftop and what a tower company like American Tower will pay with Verizon as a tenant on their tower.
