Joann when you are signing a cell tower lease the reason of the subordination agreement is that the cell tower company wants to be protected in the event that your property goes into foreclosure and you lose it to the bank, or if you sell your property that currently has no mortgage and the new owner goes into foreclosure, that the bank will allow the cell tower to operate.
