Telecommunications Lease

What is my telecommunications lease worth? I have an old telecommunications lease that was for a tower built by Bell Atlantic Mobile in the 1990's in New York about 1 hour North of New York City. I want to sell the lease. The lease has changed names to Verizon Wireless and now to American Tower who pays my rent now. I am receiving just under $3,000 per month and there are many more antennas on the tower now than when we originally had the tower built.

Mike we need some more information from you, there are a few ideas we have. We are quite familiar with the Lower Hudson Valley and would like to take a closer look at the tower and surrounding towers and the zoning where the telecommunications tower is located.
