Temporary Equipment Relocation

We are a large Real Estate Developer in NYC, and we are considering adding a few stories to a building in Brooklyn, NY. We would obviously need to relocate the T-Mobile towers on the roof while we are doing the construction. The lease does not seem to provide any sort of mechanism for this.
We need to know what our options are, and how much this is going to cost so that we can properly underwrite the deal.

I am curious how this plays out. I need to put a new roof on my building and will have to relocate my rooftop antennae for a few days. There is no language to say who pays for the move.
Other landlords should be careful that this language is placed in their leases.
