Many of your questions need to be answered by the carriers. They do not even have approval for the merger so they have not made these site by site determinations yet. Such plans will take a bit to develop.
If approved, one of your leases will most likely be terminated but when such a termination happens, which lease and if any new requirements will be required by the "New T-Mobile"... has not been determined.
My best advice is to let your voice be heard by calling your Congressional members, the Justice Department and the FCC and tell them you do not support the merger.
