T-mobile is looking to swap out their equipment with a system we heard was called LTE. They want me to sign an easement with a 3rd party company for fiber access into my building. Does this have any value other than servicing T-mobile's equipment? All I really care about is the money, and can I make more on my rental with them for this?
Fax your T-Mobile lease to 888-313-9750. by: Tower Genius
Dirk we received your message and just sent you and email. It's really important to take a close look at your T-Mobile agreement. The will tell you that they have the right to expand and modify the site. Here's the truth, most of the time they do not have "carte blanche" to do whatever they want on your roof, and lease can usually be amended and the rent increased.
Let's discuss ASAP.

Ok Sean but what about T-Mobile's expansion and modification of LTE antennas? by: Dirk from NY
Thanks for the info about the fiber easement. Unreal. I had no idea that was the reason. What about the LTE antenna upgrade, is that also worth money? When can I send my lease contract for you to look over? I tried calling but got the voice message.

Yes.... you could make more money... by: Sean (Tower Genius)
These third party companies provide T-1 level services to the carriers for a reduced price when compared to traditional T-1 telephone service from the local phone company.
What the third party does not tell you is this is their business plan -- it calls for them to sell this same service to every other commercial tenant in your building without paying you a dime for access to your building. Nice, right?
Call us and we can review their plans and place a value on the deal for you.
