I rent rooftop space to T-Mobile in New Jersey. The site has been in operation for about six years. Recently I was sent a set of building department forms to sign for some changes that they want to make at the site. It looks like they want to move an antenna face and change out and swap the antennas. My question is do they have this right to swap them out? I think the new location for some of the tenants antennas will impact how my building looks from the street.
Changing the location of your antennas can affect the overall appeal of your business front. If the antennas must move and you are worried about the visual appeal of your building going down you may want to consider having a RFTC concealment around the antennas.
RFTC Concealments are cellular antenna friendly and have little to no absorption loss on signal quality. Peabody Concealment produces beautiful architecturally matching concealments that are approved by all major carries. Our concealments match the existing facade of your building and completely hide the antennas; customers passing by and coming into the store will never see the antennas.
To learn more about concealments please see the link to the left about 1/2 the way down called "Concealed Sites"
