Tower placement

I'm interested in investing in land and placing a Verizon tower. The Verizon placement form has its listed criteria of acceptance. Is there a way to get Verizon to evaluate and approve the land prior to my purchasing it?

Very risky

It is very risk to buy a piece of property in hopes that you can get Verizon to build a cell tower there. You have a much higher chance of success if you take that money to a Las Vegas casino.
