Tower removal at end of lease

I want Verizon to take out a performance bond to cover the cost of removal at the end of the lease. Lease term is 25 yrs. Has this been done before?

They will kick and scream but have approved surety bonds for removal in the past. If they don't allow it put the bug in somebody's ear at your planning or zoning board.
