verizon wants to rent our storge facility (2 units and 2 lot spaces)

My question is they are wanting to modify and have 24 hr access to our facility for "storage" and offer 500 a month for a 30 year contract? location :spokane WA this reasonable? they say want to store wireless equipment w/ generator outside unit, and scope does not include tower?
