Is there a difference in the value of a mini cell or micro cell rooftop site deployed by Verizon Wireless? I am located in the NJ/NY Metro area and I was offered $500 for renting rooftop space for leasing a small amount of space for a mini cell. The leasing representative said it would only be a two antenna installation. What do I tell them?
Lease negotiation for Verizon small cells has been very difficult. by: Mark
We have had a nightmare dealing with Verizon Wireless trying to come to an agreement on their small cell lease agreement. We have been negotiating for almost one year and have wasted so much time. They don't want to pay us more than $650 per month in rent. Very frustrating but they do not seem to have a better location than my roof.

You site could be worth significantly more than what they are offering you.
