We have a tower with nothing on it

We bought a building in central Palm Sprigns CA 92262 with a tower and back up power. We want to reach out and see what we can do to monetize it.

Is this in your scope of expertise? I see that you help with negotiations but haven't gotten that far yet.

Was planning to reach out directly to carriers and American tower etc...

If you look to the left of this page you will see a section called "Get a Cell Site"... click on the button and it will take you to a page where you can send the site specific info to each carrier.

Many consultants and wireless property managers will claim that they can bring carriers to your site. They would only be able to do what we have provided to you, something that you can do for yourself, on this site. Good Luck!!!
