What issues could there be?

Verizon has contacted our non-profit and is looking to place a 140' tower on our property. Lease is $10,000 per year with a 10% increase every 5 years. 50'x50' fenced area is what they need plus access.

Seems pretty straight forward to me. If we are ok with the offered lease rate, I don't see where the issues are.

Do you want to be a good steward of the funds or a great steward?

Their offer stinks. Please call us to discuss pre-leasing strategies. I will give you a free consultation as you are a scouting organization.

Hate to see them rip off kids.
