Well RK, I could write a thesis on the lease buyout industry for you... by: Stephen
RK thanks for the question.
Our core business is cell tower lease coaching and consulting, not buying towers. But if you need guidance there is a clear distinction.
If we purchase a tower lease it is cherry-picked because we want it. We will disclose that to you immediately.
Generally (99% of the time) we advise cell tower landlords on what to do and namely what not to do.
We've answered close to 2,000 questions over the past 13 years on our websites, hopefully that is believable enough, if it isn't I can't help you. You can't make up that much imaginary content. Also google the competition and see what their google review look like. Most of them don't have any because they removed them. Or the few that exist are complete fabrications and you can tell that their sister or cousin wrote them. LOL.
Also most of the so-called "lease consulting firms" or "cell tower lease experts" are owned by flunkies who left lease buyout companies that had zero wireless telecom infrastructure leasing and development experience.
We cut our teeth in the industry on the real estate site acquisition, zoning and construction side of the business in the #1 market in the country before staring to represent landlords exclusively in late 2008.
Nobody has our depth of experience. Period.
And we have ZERO CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. We put that in our contracts. That means if we represent you the only person who pays us is you. Believe me, you'd be shocked if you know how most of the scoundrels in our industry worked. There isn't enough hand sanitizer to go around after you've spoke to them on the phone.
