Who signs the Estopell Agreement on a land sale with Cell Tower located on property

by Mike
(Tulsa, OK)

i am part of a selling group on a parcel of land which has a US Cell Tower located within. I was a part of the original buying group on this parcel, but returned it to the lender last year. In our effort to help sell the property, we need an Estopell Agreement signed, but do not know who that person might be? Please advise.

You need to use the notice requirements...

Mike,

You need to notice them with the request as it is outlined in your lease. It is the only way to get them to respond. Good luck.
